Engineering and Civil Contractors were contracted by Coffs Harbour City Council to remove and rebuild low-level extensively flood damaged causeway that was across the Orara River at Casuarina Lane. Works involved removing existing concrete deck and rock, excavation, placement and securing concrete precast sections in a wet environment.
